At Acalora, we proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of order value.

Shipping Coverage

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Acalora ships from our U.S. warehouse:

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from this location.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed the following business day.

Once processed, your order will be handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location).

Delivery & Transit Time

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery: 4–9 business days from the order date, depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high demand, or carrier issues.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately and our support team will assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away at support@acalora.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.

We’ll investigate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
