Instructions:

Press the ON/OFF button to activate the device after it has been charged.

To switch between 1–8 different massage options, press "Function".

When selecting "Timer" and setting a duration of 15 or 30 minutes, it will automatically turn off.

Use "Intensity" to adjust the third massage setting.

Press "Heat" to activate the heat; the heat lamp indicator will light up.
