User Manual:

To power on the device, connect the included USB cable to the round jack on the circuit board and connect the other end to a power bank, a USB charging adapter, or a USB-compatible device. To set the frequency, enter it manually and tap "OK" to confirm your selection. For the adjustable green version, simply enter the desired frequency and press "OK" to complete the adjustment.

Frequency Change Instructions:

Enter your chosen frequency and press the bottom-left button to confirm your settings. For example, enter [7][.] [8][3] and then press [OK] to set it to 7.83 Hz. When the device is powered on, the default output is 7.83 Hz, with adjustable ranges from 0.001~200 kHz for custom settings.
