Application

1. Adjust length: Loosen the external lock, slide the segments to the desired height using the printed calibration scale, and tighten the safety screw firmly.
2. Adjust wrist strap: Thread the nylon loop through the strap and adjust to hand size – comfortable to use even with gloves.
3. Stow away: Push all segments together to 53 cm, close the lock, and attach the pole to the side strap of the backpack or place it in the suitcase.
